After 17 years working in the glass industry throughout the Vail Valley, Carlos developed a strong reputation for quality work, reliability, and attention to detail.

 

The opportunity to build something of his own came through a key partnership. With the support of Jay Giordano, founder of Vail Valley Construction Group, CR Glass and Mirror was brought to life. Jay played a critical role in helping Carlos establish the company, providing the resources, structure, and steady pipeline of work needed to launch and grow successfully. From day one, Vail Valley Construction Group became the company’s largest client and a strategic partner.

 

CR Glass and Mirror operates as a specialized division within that ecosystem, delivering high quality glass solutions including shower enclosures, insulated glass units, tabletops, and mirrors. Carlos leads the company as the main salesperson and director of daily operations, ensuring that every project is handled with precision, efficiency, and care.

 

Now serving the Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Vail Valley areas, CR Glass and Mirror continues to grow while staying grounded in its original values: craftsmanship, responsiveness, and dependable service.
